Refund Policy

Paid plans renew automatically every month until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Billing and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments are non-refundable, including partial months.

Monthly billing and renewal

EndFrame's self-serve plans are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each monthly period at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. Payments are taken by Stripe or PayPal, depending on which you chose at checkout.

Free trial

The 14-day free trial needs no payment details and is never charged. You are only billed if you choose a paid plan, and your first paid month starts on the day you subscribe.

How to cancel

Cancel anytime from Billing in the EndFrame dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Your workspace becomes read-only when a paid period ends without renewal; your data stays intact.

No refunds

Payments are non-refundable, including partial months. We do not give refunds or credits for unused time, for cancelling partway through a period, for downgrading, or for unused plan limits.

Deleting your account from Profile cancels the subscription immediately. Any remaining paid time is forfeited and is not refunded.

If you believe you were charged in error, for example twice for the same period, contact us and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under mandatory law.

Enterprise contracts

Enterprise plans are billed under their own contract, which sets the billing, renewal and cancellation terms for that customer. See also our Terms of Service.
